CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD (CEO)
Euan is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the medical cannabis sector with 8 years of industry experience. He has successfully licensed and operated facilities and brought medical cannabis products to market in several EU countries.
Before working in the medical cannabis sector, Euan served as a director responsible for managing large horticultural operations with over 500 employees.
Euan graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a B.S. in Agriculture and a postgraduate diploma in finance.

DIRECTOR OF PHARMACEUTICAL CONSULTING
Clara has held numerous high-profile positions, including:
Member of the Portuguese Parliament (2002–2005 and 2009–2011)
Chair of the Commission for Monitoring the National Health Service’s (NHS) Commitment to Sustainability and Development (2016–2018)
Health Policy Advisor to the President of the Portuguese Republic (2011–2016)
Portuguese representative on the Joint Committee of the Pharmacists' Association of the European Union (PGEU) (1989–1995)
Member of the Advisory Board of the North Lisbon Hospital Center, E.P.E. (2015–2018)
Clara completed her degree in pharmacy at the University of Lisbon and received a WHO fellowship from the University of Glasgow (Belvedere Hospital) and the National Institute for Public Health in Bilthoven, the Netherlands.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
With 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 7 years in the medical cannabis sector, João has held positions as Director of Operations and as a Qualified Person (QP) at renowned pharmaceutical companies in Portugal.
João is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of European pharmaceutical legislation (GxP). He holds specialized certifications in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and is a certified auditor for quality and environmental management. He also holds the title of “Specialist in the Pharmaceutical Industry” from the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society, which officially qualifies him to serve as a Qualified Person (QP). He earned his degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
With more than two decades of experience as a mechanical engineer, Gary is a seasoned expert in managing successful large-scale projects—from initial concept design through installation and commissioning. His expertise spans the pharmaceutical industry, where he has worked with renowned companies such as Allergan, to the renewable energy sector, where he has commissioned 2,000 innovative plant designs.
Over the past 10 years, Gary has specialized in the design and construction of various medical cannabis facilities in Europe.

MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD / DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the food, processing, aquaculture, and real estate sectors, Oli has built and led major companies in various countries around the world.
Oli is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Total Quality Management (TQM) and possesses extensive expertise in agriculture and the processing of high-quality products. With his diverse marketing experience, he brings valuable new strengths in the areas of process development, quality assurance, and management to a young, rapidly growing industry.
Oli studied at the University of Iceland and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Japanese.
