CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Euan is an experienced entrepreneur and manager in the medical cannabis sector with 8 years of industry experience. He has licensed and operated facilities and successfully brought medical cannabis products to market in several EU countries.
Before joining the cannabis industry, Euan managed large horticultural companies with over 500 employees. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Aberdeen and a postgraduate diploma in finance.

PHARMACEUTICAL ADVISORY DIRECTOR
Clara has held numerous high-level positions, including:
• Member of the Portuguese Parliament (2002–2005 and 2009–2011).
• Chair of the Commission for Monitoring the Sustainability and Development of the NHS (2016–2018).
• Advisor to the President of Portugal on health policy (2011–2016).
• Portuguese representative to the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union (1989–1995).
• Member of the Advisory Board of the North Lisbon Hospital Center, E.P.E. (2015–2018).Clara earned a degree in pharmacy from the University of Lisbon and received a WHO fellowship at the University of Glasgow (Belvedere Hospital) and at the National Institute of Public Health in Bilthoven, the Netherlands.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
With 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 7 years in the medical cannabis sector, João has served as Operations Director and Qualified Person for leading pharmaceutical companies in Portugal.
He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of EU pharmaceutical legislation (GxP), holds specialized qualifications in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and is trained in quality and environmental audits. He also holds the title of “Specialist in the Pharmaceutical Industry” from the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society, which certifies him as a Qualified Person. He studied pharmacy at the University of Lisbon and holds a postgraduate degree in pharmaceutical marketing from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon.
